If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours ahead. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment total. No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment total.
We will do our best when running late, but we may decline the appointment after 10 minutes.

We'd love to have you in! But to be safe, please book for a full set. If we feel the previous work done is not safe for your lash line, we may recommend a removal followed by a new full set. If they're safely applied, we'd be happy to work with what you have!
Booking for the Full set allows us enough time for either circumstance. And don't worry, you'll only be charged for the time used.
If you are already a client of ours, feel free to ask your Stylist what they recommend. If you are unsure, the 75 minute fill is our most common fill time! Fills are typically booked every three weeks. Don't have a Stylist yet? Check out the link below to meet our team.
If it's time to take your lashes off - no problem! Please, contact us first. We offer complimentary lash removal to all of our Lash Clients. If lashes aren't removed properly, they can cause damage to your natural lashes. So don't try this at home!
