New to Our Studio?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your consultation form.

Have Sensitive Eyes?
If you experience extreme sensitivities or have any specific concerns, we recommend booking a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Contact Lens Wearers
Please remove contact lenses before your service to avoid potential irritation. We recommend bringing glasses for aftercare. A lens case and solution can be provided if needed.

No Lash Extensions
Lash Lifts cannot be performed on lashes that currently have extensions. Please ensure they are removed prior to your appointment.

Arrive with Clean Lashes
Come with makeup-free eyes—no mascara or eyeliner. If that’s not possible, we do offer makeup remover upon arrival.

Avoid Water & Makeup for 24 Hours
Keep your lashes dry and avoid applying eye makeup during the first 24 hours to ensure proper setting.

Shower with Confidence
Your stylist will provide aftercare shower shields so you can maintain your hygiene routine without compromising your results.

Lash Serums
Lash serums can boost the results of your lift. If you already use one, wait 48 hours post-treatment before applying.

Maintain the Timing
Lash lifts are recommended every 6–8 weeks. Avoid scheduling a new lift within 6 weeks to protect the integrity of your natural lashes.

In Case of Irritation
While rare, reactions may occur. If you experience irritation within 48 hours, contact our Studio and consult your physician promptly.
